I just wanted to write you a note to tell you how impressed we are with your service. As you know, we were having a terrible time getting our pool clear at the beginning of the summer… something new to us after looking after our own maintenance for 17 years with no problems… after exhausting every avenue known to us, we decided we needed Help! I am so glad we contacted Reedpool … you promptly cleaned up the water problem, Plus the rip in the liner problem AND the broken down filter problem!!! Your prompt return phone calls, immediate service and install visits were much appreciated.
The staff that came to the house were very informative, helpful and pleasant.
Thank you again, and we look forward to continuing our contact with Reedpool.

Robin I just had to thank you for 13 wonderful years of service. I always told my husband ( whom you never had a chance to meet) that yours was the one cheque I never minded writing!
